Hello and welcome! My name is Casey.
I have an unwavering belief that you are inherently worthy. And, that your voice and your story matters.
I want you to know that you, and it, are undeniably deserving of being heard.
All of you, all of your story, is welcome here.
Anxiety and depression have left you feeling lost, overwhelmed and unsure of how to get through the day.
The indescribable pain of trauma(s), grief and loss have made you question the meaning of your life and how you can possibly move forward.
Years of body-shame and disordered eating have left you feeling disconnected and defeated.
Life is challenging and can be so painful.
I want you to know that the way that you’ve coped, the way that you’ve survived the pain and those challenges, is nothing short of brave.
And, I bet you’re here because you’re ready to find new ways to cope and make meaning be of those things.
Ways that will lead you toward lasting healing and relief.
Ways that not only allow you to survive in your life, but thrive in your life.
My goal is to provide you with the space, the support and the feeling of safety to show up unfiltered, exactly as you are.
I want to empower you to take steps to reclaim the story of your life, your values and your strengths. Self-acceptance, self-love and liberation from painful patterns are within reach.
I would be honored to support and celebrate you on your journey to get there.
”Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn’t you – all of the expectations, all of the beliefs – and becoming who you are.” – Rachel Naomi Remen
