Living in a state of body-hate and food obsession sucks
You’re tired of obsessing about food and the seemingly endless cycles of restricting followed by feeling out of control. The anxiety you experience about food and your body on the daily is exhausting.
You know there’s more to life than hating your body.
You want to relearn how to trust yourself with food.
You’re ready to feel less anxious around food. In your body. In your life.
Deep down you know that freedom from dieting cycles and body loathing is possible.
And, you think you’re ready to do the work.
Reclaim trust. Reclaim peace. Reclaim you.
Hi! We’re Sarah and Eva.
We’re the co-founders of The Reclaim Collective and we’re passionate about helping women reclaim their lives from disordered eating, body hate and diet-culture.
We founded The Reclaim Collective because we believe that all humans, no matter their body size, are worthy of reclaiming peace in their minds, bodies and around food. We wanted a space that our clients could come to and find supportive, compassionate and inclusive providers to help them on their journey.
We know it’s not easy, but it’s worth it.
